Daisy and Kiet’s Wedding
On Sunday, November 11, 2018, FoCon Events provided our open-air photo booth for Daisy and Kiet’s Wedding at the Diamond Seafood Palace restaurant in Garden Grove, CA. The wedding was a beautiful display of love, delicious cuisine, and liquid refreshments. This wedding was enjoyed by all and our photo booth helped capture the fun.
The Wedding Couple
Daisy and Kiet reached out to us about six months before their wedding to reserve their photo booth. The couple knew exactly what they wanted and took the time to reach out to us early, rather than last second. We personally knew Daisy and Kiet before their wedding and it was such an honor to be part of their wedding. For a friend to choose you to be part of the most important day of their life is a true sign of trust.
The Venue
Diamond Seafood Palace, located in the city of Garden Grove, CA is known for their authentic Chinese-Vietnamese cuisine and extravagant wedding events. This venue was the perfect spot to host Daisy and Kiet’s wedding. The restaurant provided a seven-course meal that included an assortment of seafood appetizers, soup, lobster, and dessert. The staff was on point as well in the timeliness of their service. This particular location is number two of three locations, and we can see why they have been so successful.
The Photo Booth Setup
We provided our open-air photo booth for Daisy and Kiet’s wedding. Our photo booth was setup near the entrance of the building and our silver sequin backdrop immediately caught the eye of the guests. Shortly after entering the wedding reception, a long line to take a picture in the photo booth formed. We were taking pictures non-stop for over an hour. It was amazing how much the guests enjoyed the photo booth. Each guest received a personalized 2×6 photo strip as a keepsake of their attendance of Daisy and Kiet’s wedding.
Our Thoughts
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Daisy and Kiet’s wedding. The food was delicious, the DJ played a great mix of latin, house, and freestyle music which was great! Everyone had an amazing time and many of the couple’s close friends stayed late to say farewell to their friends. The venue staff was also diligent in making sure that everything was up to par, despite some issues out of their control. We wish Daisy and Kiet a married life full of fun memories, strength in challenging times, and love.
